following detailed discussion, will prepare for your agreement an Assignment
Brief detailing the job description, candidate profile, methodology,
timetable and cost structure.

Database selection
Greer Sidney Associates has currently a strong database of senior and middle management, primarily in the automotive aftermarket. We continue to invest in building and maintaining that database to ensure we can provide a speedy, cost effective and results-related solution to a pressing recruitment requirement.
Should suitable candidates exist on our database, we are happy to present them to a client on a pure contingency, “no placement, no fee” basis.

Executive Search
Executive search is the appropriate recruitment method when confidentiality
is crucial - either within or outside your organisation.
It is most effective for appointments where the need for specialised skills
or experience dictates that there are few likely candidates or when it is
important to attract candidates who are unlikely to respond to a recruitment
advertisement.
Working with a dedicated research associate, your consultant will aim to
deliver a candidate shortlist within four weeks of agreeing the Assignment Brief.

Advertised Selection
Well-crafted advertisements in carefully selected media almost invariably
produce high quality response. Within five working days of agreeing the
Assignment Brief, your consultant will prepare a media schedule and create
advertisement text for your approval. The advertisement can carry your
company's branding or, should you prefer, only that of Greer Sidney
Associates.
Your consultant will receive and evaluate all responses and, after
interviewing all candidates whose experience matches the requirements of the
role, a shortlist will be presented to you for further interviewing and
final selection. We aim to present the shortlist within three weeks of the
advertisement's appearance.
